Dr. Lindsay Hood, A.P., D.O.M.
Our mission at HoodMed is to provide our patients with an integrated and holistic approach to healing, using Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. We work to enrich our patients’ lives by teaching them how to self-heal and by helping them unlock their healing potential.
Dr. Lindsay Hood is the owner of HoodMed. She is a graduate of Florida College of Integrative Medicine in Orlando and holds degrees in Oriental Medicine, Health Sciences, and Psychology. Dr. Hood is trained in Facial Rejuvenation and Cosmetic Acupuncture and holds certifications in Acupoint Injection Therapy and Chinese Herbology. Dr. Hood also completed an internship in Pediatric Acupuncture, after completing her degree in Oriental Medicine. Her passions include working with children and Veterans of the United States Military. Dr. Hood considers each patient individually in order to determine a series of treatments that will benefit their specific conditions.
